Before He said “It is good”

The analogy was attend school, get good grades, secure employment and be rich- success. Most high schools focus on this. While our collages embrace “degree ni harambee” rather than developing the problem solving skills and the ability to do the technical job.

Out of the dump we got the answers without understanding the concept. But someone understood it; he/she is flexible on jobs both technical and non technical. These are happy for they have eliminated anxiety and worry albeit the next who trust You Tube “mwakenya”, cannot think out of the box nor have the courage to vary the road of business.

However, that’s not always the case. Not letting the attention outside the wall has caused the cloud blocking the sunlight. You recognize walking on a straight road ain’t fascinating. But walking in different landscapes, exposing the eye to see color and experiencing different environments builds the want of different and better which may only be satisfied with critical thinking , solid skills, strategy and will power.

Having the knowledge is vital but ability and therefor the skill best. During season, upskilling, learning, and focusing on personal development is the best investment plan.

Until we have confidence in our skills, and show no partiality in our work; we are still not good enough.

We need to step back, look at it and say ‘That’s good, it’s acceptable, perfect , beautiful to look at and talk about.’ Just as; after creating everything God reviewed it and saw that it was good.
